Door de jaren heen is HEYTEC als het ware uitgegroeid tot hét atelier van de koeltechnieker.

Vooral het Time Saving Unit (TSU)-concept is belangrijk in onze manier van werken:
het aantal werkuren dat de koeltechnieker kan uitsparen door (een deel van) het werk aan ons team uit te besteden.

De meeste fabrikanten beperken zich tot het leveren van een standaard toestel – volledig uit standaardmaterialen samengesteld. Voor onze TSU-units focussen wij op enkelvoudige installaties, enerzijds op basis van een koelgroep van Bitzer, Copeland, Dorin of Tecumseh. Anderzijds maken we ook zelf frames op maat, waarop bv. een compressor, een vloeistofvat en andere, door de klant gewenste, toebehoren worden gemonteerd.

Onze samenbouwactiviteiten focussen zich in hoofdzaak op binnenopstellingen, die dan in de machinekamer of technische ruimte bij de eindklant worden geïnstalleerd. Steeds meer koeltechnische bedrijven zijn vragende partij voor kant-en-klare koelunits die vooraf optimaal samengesteld worden en, eens op de werf, snel geplaatst kunnen worden. Op die manier kan de tijd op de werf een pak ingekort worden.

Frames op maat, flexibel in uitvoering.
In ons Heytec Service Center in Kuurne worden de basisframes conform de gewenste afmetingen gebouwd.

  • Wanneer er geen beperkingen zijn bepalen wij zelf de optimale afmetingen van het frame, in functie van het aantal componenten dat er moet opgebouwd worden.
  • Indien de beschikbare ruimte beperkter is passen we de afmetingen aan in functie van de best mogelijke oplossing. Onze grote flexibiliteit maakt dit mogelijk. De sturing van de koelinstallatie blijft de taak van het koeltechnisch bedrijf zelf.

Verdampers uitgerust met expansieventiel.
In ons atelier worden ook verdampers (Küba, Searle, Eco en Friga Bohn) uitgerust met een expansieventiel en indien gewenst ook met andere opties.

U hoeft nog enkel de verdamper aan te sluiten op het leidingennetwerk. Zeker voor koeltechniekers die heel wat repetitieve opdrachten uitvoeren en bij bepaalde type klanten telkens dezelfde verdampers moeten plaatsen, is dit een enorme tijdsbesparing.
